Welcome to ChibiBako. By purchasing from or using our website chibibako.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Full payment is required at checkout through our secure payment processor. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

2. We ship to all regions and countries. Shipping time varies by region. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen ore delayed packages once handed over to the courier.

3. ChibiBako offers free returns and refunds for all unopened, undamaged boxes within thirty days of purchase date.

4. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as item has not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. By purchasing from our shop, you agree that ChibiBako is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of products picked. All products are sold “as-is.”

6. We value your privacy. personal information provided at checkout (name, shipping address, payment info) is used only to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to process payment and shipping.
